Job Title : Electrical Laborer

Pay : $17-$22 per hour.

About the Job :
GLJ is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Electrical Laborer to join our team in Perry, MO . You will be assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This is a hands-on role that involves using various hand and power tools, as well as performing semi-skilled labor under the supervision of an experienced team. What You’ll Do :
- Measure, cut, and bend PVC conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Examine electrical equipment for loose connections or broken insulation and tighten connections with hand tools
- Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools
- Clean and maintain work areas, keeping tools, materials, and equipment organized
- Load and unload tools, materials, equipment, and supplies at the work site
- Thread conduit ends, connect couplings, and fabricate and secure conduit support brackets
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components
- Install wire and cable through ducts or conduits
- Perform physical tasks like lifting, climbing, balancing, and handling materials as required

Electrical Certification requiredOSHA 10 certification requiredDriver’s License requiredBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusMust have steel-toe boots for safetyAbility to lift up to 75 lbs regularlyMust be able to perform repetitive tasks such as pulling wire and lifting spools of wirePrevious electrical or construction experience is preferred, but not requiredStrong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Pass pre-employment drug / alcohol screening and physicalAdditional Information :
