This position works out of our San Juan, PR location in the International Finance (IFO) Division.
Our medical devices help more than 10,000 people have healthier hearts, improve quality of life for thousands of people living with chronic pain and movement disorders, and liberate more than 500,000 people with diabetes from routine fingersticks.
Shift : Administrative (1st)
The primary function of this position responsible for analyzing, coordinating and reviewing Import and Export shipments for Caribe and PR regions.
- Responsible to maintain Import and Export files.
Generates documents needed such as proformas, CARICOM, manual invoices, SLI, and other documentation for clients and customs.
Contacting clients to provide required information regarding exports.Serve as liaison with other departments.Responsible for Import and Export Internal Audit.Responsible to evaluate Import Entries and Exports to comply with Customs and Trade Compliance.Maintain open communication with clients.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Follow EHS rules and procedures for your department.Report EHS incidents and / or unsafe acts and conditions promptly to supervision.Forward any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Science or related field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or exposure within a regulated environment to sufficiently demonstrate the core job responsibilities of the position.Proficient in English and Spanish.Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision is required.Must be adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines. Must also have demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and basic math skills.MS Office (Excel, PP, Word) proficient.
