Job Description

LUCRATIVE Opportunity for BILINGUAL Pressure Washers / Maintenance Techs in the UNITED STATES!

  • Great Salary, a lot of overtime,   PLUS per diem & FREE hotel housing

    • We are looking for reliable and trustworthy recruits to serve as HVAC Maintenance Technicians working for a premier, nationwide HVAC services company servicing clients in TEXAS, OHIO, VIRGINIA, PENNSYLVANIA, among others. This is a very rewarding and well-paying position with plenty of opportunity for growth.

  • Landscapers, Roofers, Construction workers, and those with OSHA Safety Certification Holders are Encouraged to Apply!

    • However, if you have previous worked in a physically demanding job, feel free to apply - the company will provide comprehensive paid training.  You will travel to various large commercial retail sites to clean and service commercial rooftop HVAC units with pressurized hot water.

    This position requires physical effort working at a fast pace, in order to get from site to site and meet our busy workload demands. Previous HVAC maintenance experience is a plus but not mandatory, as company training is provided.

    Requirements

  • You will work on flat, commercial roof tops at heights of 15 to 30 feet.
  • You will use ladders with the proper safety protocols to access the rooftop (weight limit of 275 pounds per ladder weight restrictions).
  • You will use basic power tools to access components and power washers to clean the coils.
  • Experience using hand tools is helpful.
  • Must be able to speak English conversationally.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must pass comprehensive background check and drug test.
  • Must be reliable with a good work history.

  • Earn $18.50-$19.50 / hour straight time.
  • Earn $27.75- $29.25 / hour overtime, PLUS 15-25 hours of OT each week!
