• 60+ approved university credits or bachelor's degree completed.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
• Ability to manage cash register.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Perform general office tasks.
• Experience in customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• Availability to work office hours.
