Customer Support Specialist

PR - San Juan

Pay Rate : $11 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will communicate with potential clients, provide guidance, answer questions, and pre-qualify leads. Once pre-qualified, the specialist will refer them to a Sales Representative to continue the engagement process. If unable to connect the potential client with a Sales Representative after two attempts, the specialist will schedule a follow-up call.

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to and receive calls from potential clients, providing initial contact and information about our services.
  • Offer guidance and answer questions from potential clients, helping them understand our processes and requirements.
  • Assess and pre-qualify potential clients based on predetermined criteria.
  • Refer pre-qualified potential clients to a Sales Representative via phone call to continue the engagement process.
  • Schedule follow-up calls if unable to connect potential clients with a Sales Representative after two attempts.
  • Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all potential clients, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients, ensuring information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless transition for potential clients.

    • Requirements :

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Availability to work within 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm.
  • Availability to work in the office in the metro area 2 or 3 times per week the rest of the time remotely.
