We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget—while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires wide experience in project management and implementations in chemical industrial environment.

Also, should know about local and international codes and regulations applicable to projects to reach objectives with safety with personnel and environment

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, construction management expertise, and a results-driven mindset to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 10 years experience in Engineering in Chemical manufacturing plants or similar.
  • 5 years experience in Capital budget management.
  • 5 years in Manager positions responsible of budget plan and execution.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulation requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, permitting, and execution.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, cost reports, and change orders.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and pay application.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and field teams.
  • Ensure adherence to contract requirements, local codes, and quality control standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in BSME, BSCE, BSIE.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, including experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and permitting.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
  • Power Platform : MS Power BI, Power Automate & Power Apps.
  • Experience in Food and Pharma industry.
  • Knowledge in Automation and Control : PLC's.
  • Knowledge about electrical substations, air compressors and HVAC.
  • Regulatory management of ISO 9000, ISA, ASME / ANSI, NEC, NFPA standards
