Supervises all the Logistics Operational activities and the associates.

Accountable for :

  • Executing disposition of non-conformance material
  • Receiving Incoming
  • Segregating & distributing Incoming Raw Material
  • Receiving Report
  • Record Keeping of Receiving Documents
  • Labeling approved Raw Material to individual packs / items
  • Coordinating recurring daily activities
  • Assuring recurring data entry accuracy
  • Store Raw Mtl & Product Supply into warehouse
  • Inventory Control and Accuracy
  • Receiving finish Goods
  • Moving pallets to Secondary Packaging and Shipping
  • Delivering on hold lot samples to Quality
  • Moving released lots to Finish Good Warehouse
  • Coordinating shipments with Carriers
  • Shipping documentation
  • Shipping Record Keeping
  • Preparing lots to be shipped
  • Receiving and Managing Shipments Complaints
  • FTZ Compliance
  • Monitoring Import records on receiving
  • Maintaining filing records for Import (Packaging Lists)
  • Maintaining filing records for Export (Dispatch notes)
  • Payroll Administration / Kronos

Assist in :

  • Managing Material Return and discrepancies in receiving / invoices
  • Managing not approved RM
  • Managing material quantity variance
  • Defining Shipping Procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize Warehousing capacity
  • Designing creative Logistics to facilitate material and inventory flow
  • Communicating Space Planning strategies
  • Assuring Compliance with Laws & Regulations
  • Assuring Adherence to Values
  • Couriers arrangements with the Warehouse Technician
  • Preparation of monthly indicators
  • Monthly shipping costs carry over (accrual) and inventory reconciliation
  • Actively participates in :

  • Providing Direction
  • Monitoring Unit Performance
  • People Development
  • Providing Capabilities to Work Unit
  • Vacations & Overtime Administration for Non Exempt

    Experience :

  • Three to five years of experience in logistics / warehouse activities
  • Experience in supervising non-exempt personnel
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and responsible person
  • Work Environment :

  • Generally works in a warehouse environment with level of noise and controllable changes of temperature
  • Needs to stand, walk, and may be seated for a long period of time
  • Uses hands to feel, handle, and reach
  • Performs light physical effort with little exposure to adverse conditions
  • Could be required to travel
  • Works with a personal computer and programs to prepare documents or reports
  • Applies communication skills (advanced reading, writing, and technical skills) and mathematical concepts knowledge to perform work and coordinate with others
  • Needs to have high analytical capacity and level of professionalism and judgment to resolve problems
