Position Summary
Operating within an assigned geographic market , the Sales Representative will identify potential customers, generate leads, and sell profitable commercial and industrial services . You will position our maintenance, repair, and installation services for boilers , emergency generators , and photovoltaic systems to key decision-makers. Through proactive prospecting , sales presentations , and relationship-building , you'll help ASI continue its legacy of excellence and innovation .
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify viable leads and manage prospects to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, emphasizing ROI and service benefits.
Account Management & Customer Relationships
Foster strong, professional relationships with new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention .
CRM & Administrative Duties
Use the company's CRM system daily to log sales activities, track leads, and maintain detailed customer profiles.
Market Awareness & Community Engagement
Increase ASI's visibility by attending trade shows , local events, and chamber of commerce functions.
Other Duties
Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred .
Licensing & Skills
Valid PR driver's license with willingness to travel.
