Job Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient operation, and implementing strategies to optimize fleet performance.
Duties : - Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures - Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections - Manage fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards - Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address fleet-related issues - Conduct regular audits to assess fleet performance and identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology
Skills : - Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role - In-depth knowledge of fleet management best practices and industry regulations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in using fleet management software systems - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
