BILLER / COLLECTOR

Responsibilities

Offers support to the Patient Accounts Department. Collects and follows-up on billed accounts and maintains aging updated.

Qualifications

• Billing Certificate from a Technical School.
• Available to work rotating shifts.
• One (1) year experience with hospital and physician billing.
• Skilled in all office equipment.
• Skilled in computers.
• Numerical ability and an understanding of medical insurance terms.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
