MMM Registered Nurse

Location : This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. The MMM Clinic location is PUERTO RICO-AIBONITO, PARQUE INDUSTRIAL CARR. PR- 725 KM. 0.5 BO. LLANOS.

Schedule : This position will work rotating shifts within operational hours from 6 : 00 am- 11 : 00 pm Monday thru Sunday.

The MMM Registered Nurse Provides nursing services for patient care in the company working closely with doctors, specialists and other care team members or providers to obtain the highest quality of care.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Under medical supervision, assist physicians in the delivery of healthcare services.
• Responsible to collect patient information from the entrance, support patient evaluation and administering treatments, medications, exams or education as needed.
• Collaboration with Physicians at the clinic and other health care professionals is also required.
• Assist patients to complete medical history forms and prepares patients for examination and treatment by physician.
• Perform triage on patients by asking questions about current symptoms, medical histories, and medications to provide doctors with a complete understanding of a patient’s current medical needs and background.
• Identify patient’s chief complaint and records pertinent information in patient’s permanent medical record.
• Identify gaps in care; provide education to patient and caregiver on importance to close the gaps.
• Conduct preliminary tests such as blood pressure and respiratory checks vital signs, measurements as height and weight and records them in the EMH – structure data.
• Conduct tests and procedures as directed, such as EKG’s, non-stress tests, spirometer, venipuncture, skin punctures, strep screen, glucometer, and urine tests.
• Assists doctors with developing treatment plans and strategies according with screening and / or assessments such as, clinical procedures, preventive care, referrals and care coordination.
• Discuss treatment plans with multidisciplinary care team as applicable.
• Provide direct care to patients, including administering medication or treatments as ordered by the physician. This may include wound care, apply vaccines and topical treatments, or administer medication via intravenous methods or direct injection.
