Job Description :
Job Family Definition : Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand / supply management, business processes, and manufacturing / delivery of products and services in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changing environments. Focuses on forecasting and planning over a short-term horizon (less than six months). Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that support business strategies, including demand signal validation, supply constraint management, and financial and market share goals. Scope includes lifecycle planning, order management (including allocation, ATP, and commitment processes), logistics coordination, and inventory management. Partners across functions to develop and monitor key business metrics such as customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, SRTs, supply chain costs, and inventory levels.
Management Level Definition : Applies subject matter expertise to solve both common and complex issues, recommending suitable solutions. Works on problems of varying complexity and scope, may lead teams or projects, and exercises independent judgment. Seeks advice for particularly complex issues.
