The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the Project Manager will facilitate clear communication, streamline workflows, and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) to allocate resources, set priorities, and manage workloads.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource needs, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and proactively address any potential roadblocks or delays.
• Maintain a keen understanding of client objectives, ensuring all project deliverables align with their goals and expectations.
• Lead regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to review project status, update stakeholders, and implement any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, managing any scope creep by implementing change request processes when needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned, applying these learnings to future projects.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, status reports, and project closeouts.
