Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to work at prestigious drug distribution company in San Juan, PR in a temporary position. Project of 9 months. Sounds good? Take a closer look below.What’s a typical day as Accounts Payable Analyst?Support accounts payable, invoices, accounts ledger, clerical duties like filing and copies.Handle email accounts receivable, answer complaints or requests from suppliers.Verify prices of supplier invoices and if there are price differences.Enter, post in system the invoices and file for payment the matched invoices with their packing list.Make payments by check, online or EFT (if necessary).Analyze and balance supplier statements. Assist in the reconciliation of chargeback sales.Full time job to work from Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Requirements :Must be bilingual, may need to communicate with clients outside of Puerto RicoMust have at least one (1) year of experience in this type of work or studies in finance or accounting.Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, office equipment.What happens nextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
