Job Overview :

We are looking for an Electronic Security Technician to join our team and play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Install, test, and configure electronic security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and related hardware / software.
• Set up video recording and processing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning security systems promptly.
• Replace defective components and conduct system upgrades when necessary.
• Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and support staff to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronic security, electronics, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems.

Experience with specific systems or brands (e.g., HikVision, Honeywell, Risco) is a plus.

Pay : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
