Position : Live-In Personal Assistant

Location : San Juan, Puerto Rico (In-Person, Live-In)

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor

Working Hours : M-F, 9 am to 6 pm CST

Salary Range : $1,500 – $2,000 USD / month

Scope of the Role :

We are seeking a trustworthy, responsible, and service-oriented Live-In Personal Assistant to support the daily personal and household needs of a busy individual based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This role is perfect for someone seeking stability, housing, and a long-term opportunity in a supportive, well-maintained home.

The ideal candidate will live in the residence (private bedroom provided), help manage household tasks, prepare meals, assist with errands, care for a friendly dog, and provide occasional driving support. This position is well-suited for someone who may also be interested in pursuing education in Puerto Rico or working part-time outside the home, as long as they can meet the needs of the household.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Cooking & Meal Prep : Prepare daily meals (basic home cooking).
• Cleaning : Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared living spaces.
• Laundry : Wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens.
• Pet Care : Feed, walk, and care for a medium-sized dog.
• Errands & Driving : Grocery shopping, appointment drop-offs, and other local errands (driver’s license required).
• Household Support : Keep track of supplies and household needs; assist with any basic tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
