Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all supportive aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge and referrals.
• Conduct physical examinations and medical assessments prior to referral to see a physician.
• Document patient history, current health status, and medical problems through patient interviews.
• Perform specialized procedures such as cast application and removal, dressing changes, and administering prescribed medications.
• Anticipate changing needs and / or priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure all patients are registered and recorded.
• Work closely with Americares logistics and support staff to ensure availability of necessary tools, medications, and materials.
• Ensure sufficient materials and supplies are available in the facility.
