We are looking for an Account Executive "Brand Strategist" to help us grow our business relations with current and future clients and ensure a consistent and effective brand message. S / he will often need to be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and the success of a product or service. Brand Strategist responsibilities include analyzing consumer insights, crafting plans for our creative team, and developing guidelines to promote our clients across various channels. As a strategist, you will develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis, and define brand elements and tone. An account executive will find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service and develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and responsive client communication, ensuring all needs are met and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and offering strategic solutions to client challenges.
- Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our clients positioning
- Craft differentiation strategies
- Create guidelines that define our clients voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Brief our creative team about marketing projects theyll be working on
- Conduct competitive research to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Develop social media strategies and content
- Assess the performance of advertising campaigns and events
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements
Work experience as an Account Executive or similar role in MarketingA portfolio of brand-building projects is a plusExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixExperience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentationData-driven thinkingCreativityCommunication and writing skillsBBA / MBA in Marketing or relevant fieldBilingual (English / Spanish)Proficient in (Keynote, Google Suite, Basic Adobe Suite)Project Management Proficient
