Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proven strategic leader to oversee the operations of our Aguadilla facility in Puerto Rico, and executing our Puerto Rico Center of Excellence strategy, to include workforce strategy, community and government engagement, and processes with Lockheed Martin functional and business area stakeholders. The Puerto Rico COE Lead and Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall business operations plan, ensuring compliance with local and national laws and regulations, and driving strategic alliances and partnerships. The individual will be critical in maintaining strong relationships across partnering Business Areas, Talent Acquisition, University Relations, Government Relations and Community agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the site's business operations plan, ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Operations organization
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities, security, and workforce management
- Strong engagement model with employees, to include all hands, on-site days, skip levels, round tables, etc
- Coordination of site specific activities to include communications, events, site visits, etc
- Partner with EBDT (and various LM) Executive team to develop Puerto Rico specific strategies
- Assess, strategize and implement areas of community engagement and sponsorship to strengthen LM Brand Build and maintain strong relationships with the Puerto Rico government, academia, and external partners to drive business growth and development
- Develop and track site metrics, monitoring project progress and implementing action plans for underperforming areas
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and governmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Serve as a representative of Lockheed Martin in local government, university, and private sector engagements
- Oversee asset management, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans

Desired skills
