General Responsibilities
As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in HR modules such as SAP PA (HR Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Talent Management), and PD (Personnel Development), you will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes and systems to support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Responsible for SAP PA (HR Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Talent Management), and PD (Personnel Development) configuration for the Human Capital Management module.
- Responsible for SAP payroll configuration and payroll module.
- Configuration of payroll wage types, features, schemas, and rules.
- Payroll liaison to Benefits, Compensation, HR Service Center, and HR Information Systems for the implementation / testing of any improvements or new developments.
- Maintain core system functionality while facilitating improvements to production.
- Consult with customers to design, configure, and test new system functionality based on business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve business process change through technology and see them through to the conclusion. Play a key role in enhancing or upgrading existing applications and implementing and supporting new technology.
- Support peripheral systems and interfaces related to HR Business Processes.
- Configures SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
- Maintain and enhance interfaces to other systems through research and collaboration.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in SAP HR implementation and configuration, including one full lifecycle implementation or as an expert user in the mentioned modules.A minimum of two (2) years' experience in SAP HR support and development in PA, PD, TM, OM, Security, Portal (ESS, MSS), and payroll configuration.SAP Certifications are a plus.Experience designing and executing test plans to ensure business requirements and functional specifications are correctly implemented and meet business objectives.Experience in SAP HR modules, including PA, OM, TM, and PD, focusing on configuration and customization.Previous experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
