This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on GAAP-compliant reporting, audit management, internal controls, and debt oversight. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate, GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements across all entities
• Lead and manage internal and external audit processes
• Maintain and enhance internal controls across GL, A / P, A / R, payroll, and cost accounting
• Monitor cash flow and debt, ensure covenant compliance, and support financing strategies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity modeling
• Partner with department leads to deliver financial insights and ensure retail-level accuracy
• Provide documentation and memos on complex accounting treatments and procedures
• Occasionally travel to retail sites for audit and compliance support
