Position Summary

Collaborate with internal / external loan partners to ensure timely review and processing of executed loan closing documents, collateral and MERS processes and any other post-closing conditions to prepare loan for shipping / purchase.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Funding imports to warehouse bank.
• Follow up on missing collateral / original closing documents and maintain accurate collateral tracking records.
• Review and resolve exceptions on reports from custodian and / or warehouse banks.
• Provide required documents to resolve QC and / or file requests from warehouse banks.
• Review collateral and executed loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Upload revised executed loan closing documents to system of records.
• Communicate with internal / external loan partners to resolve post-closing conditions.
• MERS Registrations, Transfers, Updates, etc.
