Billing & Accounting Team Leader

Descripción del trabajoLead the team in charge of billing and revenue, promoting quality and efficiency in operations. Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies and organizational standards. Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including revenue metrics and billing statistics. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve billing and accounting processes. Coach and mentor the team, fostering professional development and an environment of open communication. Identify areas of opportunity in operating procedures to optimize results. Supervise internal or external audits related to the area's operations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with a focus on billing and revenue. Previous leadership experience is essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software ( Sage, Peachtree, Odoo). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting financial data and results clearly and accurately. Proven experience in identifying problems, designing solutions and implementing improvements in an efficient manner. Outstanding leadership skills, supported by a track record of leading and developing high performing teams. Job Description
Billing & Accounting Team Leader will be responsible for leading operations related to billing and revenue accounting, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
