We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Representative to join our team in Carolina, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Pro Solutions Centers, support sales execution, and build lasting customer relationships.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead store-level sales operations, coordinating closely with the Senior Manager, DFS Sales, to meet sales targets.
• Support sales to customers, consumers, and HVAC professionals in alignment with company policies.
• Manage and process orders across accounts, online channels, and telesales.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
• Generate and share sales reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with daily business processes, including inventory, finance, and safety protocols.
• Contribute to marketing and service initiatives aimed at growing the business.
• Execute administrative functions such as inventory transfers and order tracking.
• Manage installer outreach, product training, and marketing collateral distribution.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and provide guidance on product use, credit options, and service practices.
• Gather and share competitive market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sales planning, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team on merchandise forecasting and stock optimization.
