Order to Cash Group Lead

A company is looking for a Group Lead Order to Cash. Key Responsibilities Lead the Billing, Credit and Collections, and Cash Application team, establishing and monitoring collection goals Manage day-to-day operations, providing guidance and resolving issues for the team Streamline processes and improve credit and collections related processes and controls Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Accounting Experience in managing accounts receivable and cash application processes Strong leadership experience with an analytical mindset Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
