What You Can Expect
Maintain and repair all types of utilities, production and building equipment and systems. This includes but is not limited to specialized equipment like Reverse Osmosis / water purifications systems, air compressors, heating and air conditioning equipment and controls, fire systems, pumps, motors, tanks, conveyors, lighting, plumbing, lift trucks, and all office and building systems. Able to move, install, paint and maintain general equipment and areas.
How You'll Create Impact
- Must have extensive experience on electricity, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to production and utilities equipment.
- Perform required tasks to assist during validation executions.
- Operate lift trucks and sky lift.
- Manage all hand tools and operating machine tools.
- Work on Heating and Ventilating Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. Basic electrical systems trouble shooting.
- Installs, move, relocate equipment in offices areas (desk, chairs, cubicles, fax machines, copiers, typewriters, etc.).
- Prepare list of necessary materials for equipment installations.
- Operate and trouble shoot purified water systems, compressed air generators and dryers, nitrogen generators, water pumps, chillers and Cooling towers.
- Install and relocate production equipment.(Electrical & Mechanical connections).
- Perform other related duties as required.
What Makes You Stand Out
Knowledge in national Electrical Code for electricians.Must have knowledge with hand tools and operating machine tools.Have knowledge in machining equipment (lathes, grinders, milling) is strongly preferred.Knowledge measuring units and instruments.A good oral and written communication skill is a must.Teamwork and customer focus oriented.Good interpersonal skills.
Your Background
Associate degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing courses with three (3) years experience in the industrial mechanic or electrical industry, a must or High school diploma with (5) years of experience as an industrial mechanic could be consider.Strong experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors troubleshooting, pumps repair, and conveyor systems.Experience driving finger lift and sky lift equipment.Travel Expectations
