Utility Mechanic

Overview

This client is Global Biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.

In this role you’ll be responsible to performs maintenance, repairs, and installations for water production equipment and other systems.

This role will give you an opportunity to transform patients’ lives through the engineering field by contribute with a global leading biopharma company powered by talented individuals who drive  innovation.

Schedule : First shift & 2

Responsibilities :

Perform less complex repairs on pumps, motors, valves, and other equipment

Maintain and repair piping systems, chemical systems, and processing equipment

Maintain and repair compressors and ozone production and distribution equipment

Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs physical plant equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting and telecommunications.

Will need to read and understand blueprints, schematics, models, and other specifications.

Perform tuning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, repair, installation, preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, scheduling and improvements to equipment, manufacturing systems and instruments.

Carry out technical diagnoses of medium and high complexity equipment such as PLCs.

Qualifications :

Associate or Technical degree required on mechanic, refrigeration, instrumentation or related field.
