The Business Performance Senior Manager will partner closely with QOS&S leadership to deploy strategic business performance initiatives that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining processes and tools that enable financial oversight, productivity planning, and project portfolio execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business acumen, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and facilitate business performance processes aligned with QOS&S strategic objectives.
- Define and implement a Productivity Program, including tools, reporting, and governance to support year-over-year productivity targets.
- Support Long Range Scenario Planning and budget forecasting activities in coordination with leadership.
- Lead and facilitate business performance reviews and cross-functional working sessions.
- Support strategic QMS projects and documentation activities in GxP-regulated environments.
- Oversee and maintain the project portfolio, tracking performance metrics, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead periodic project and financial portfolio reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress toward key project milestones, escalating risks and coordinating cross-functional solutions when needed.
- Create and maintain integrated project schedules for transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader program timelines.
- Manage recurring meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation development, and follow-up on action items.
- Develop and implement automated reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Leverage technologies such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, and Sensing Tools for business intelligence.
- Codify business performance processes through the development of templates, toolkits, and training materials.
