A company is looking for a Retail Supervisor to manage and motivate retail associates while achieving client standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects Ensure products are fully stocked, correctly signed, and set to schematics to meet client objectives Establish and maintain client relationships while monitoring expenses in line with budget standards Required Qualifications Associate's Degree preferred 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
