For Change management services in the manufacturing area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT : The Technical Part : Bachelor in Life Science or Engineering with two (2) years of experience in a biopharmaceutical regulated Industry.

Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.

Shift : Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in : Change management process.

OneTrack software.

Generate a change plan document in a cross-functional team environment Support the generation of validation-related documentation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL : (The day-to-day on the job) Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.

Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems.

Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.

Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes, systems, and facilities.

Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.

Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, addressing issues as they arise.

Ensure all change management activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.

Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials. WHO WE ARE : We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
