The Customer Support Representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Respond to customer inquiries, processing orders, resolve problems & provide proactive outreach.

This position is part of the Operations & Logistic Department located in Caguas, Puerto Rico and will be fully on-office position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Operations Team and report to the Supply Chain / Operations Manager responsible for managing supply chain operations, optimizing processes, inventory and supply for Mexico % Puerto Rico. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Receive and process all customers orders. with demonstrate telephonic troubleshooting skills to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate flow of information between the Operations Team, and the other departments of the company.
• Gain and apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.
• Work with Oracle ERP Module.
