Key Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new HOA and community bulk contracts in new or early-stage markets
Target and secure communities lacking service to drive new unit growth through bulk agreements
Present to HOA boards, developers, and property managers to explain the value of fiber-based bulk service models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in HOA, property management, or telecom sales with proven success in new market development
Exceptional hunter mentality focused on prospecting and relationship building
Ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced, early-growth environments
