Location : San Juan PR 00971

Duration : 11 Months

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : Contract

Pay Range : $55-$60 / hr

(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Work Schedule :

Full time schedule, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Occasional after hours or weekend availability may be required to support planned production deployments, release activities, or urgent issue resolution.

Job Description :

This role will support a critical CRM platform used by the IPA and will operate within a controlled IT environment requiring strict adherence to segregation of duties and internal control standards.

The consultant will work closely with business partners, development teams, and production support resources to ensure accurate validation, controlled deployments, and platform stability.

Engagement may include participation in release planning, change management reviews, production readiness assessments, and post implementation support.

Preferred Skill Sets

Strong hands on experience with CRM platforms (configuration, customization, and deployment support).

Demonstrated experience working within regulated or audit driven environments, including SOX and segregation of duties compliance.

Proven ability to support or execute production deployments while adhering to change management and control requirements.

Experience reviewing technical designs, configurations, and code to ensure readiness for production release.

Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Strong documentation skills, including creation and maintenance of deployment procedures, technical specifications, and operational runbooks.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including business, IT, and external vendors.

Experience mentoring junior team members or providing knowledge transfer to internal staff is highly desirable.

Other Requests

Consultant must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Availability to support planned releases and occasional after hours activities during critical production deployments or incident resolution.

Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or similarly complex enterprise environments is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass, CRM integrations, or enterprise workflow tools is a strong plus.

Candidates with experience with Power BI are preferred.
