The Role : Meta Ads Director
This is a senior leadership position with full ownership of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
This is not a role for someone who simply “runs ads.”
You will design, systematize, and lead the Meta Ads function end to end.
You will be accountable for :

This role requires strong judgment, ownership, and operator-level decision-making.
Minimum Experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must have :
5+ years of hands-on media buying experience5+ years working inside a digital marketing agencyExperience managing multiple client ad accounts simultaneouslyProven success with Meta Ads focused on lead generationStrong background in local lead generation for service-based businessesFluent written and spoken English (client-facing role)⚠️ If you do not meet the 5+ years agency and media buying requirement , this role is not a fit.
