We are currently building a team of

Reservist Disaster Case Managers —compassionate professionals ready to step in when communities need urgent recovery support.

By joining our reservist talent pool, you will be first to know when deployment opportunities open.

When activated, you’ll help individuals and families by :

• Assessing needs and creating individualized recovery plans.
• Coordinating housing, financial, health, and mental health resources.
• Connecting clients with federal and local assistance programs like FEMA and HUD.

Previous disaster relief experience is encouraged but not required.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills under pressure. Ability to deploy quickly, work flexible schedules, and function with minimal supervision. Valid Real ID, Driver’s License, or Passport. Must pass federal background check, drug test, and meet physical fitness standards. Willing to work up to 7 days / week for 2 + weeks. Previous disaster relief experience is encouraged but not required.
