The Logistics Coordinator is accountable for coordinating Carriage Haulage with Customers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of containers. Manage with terminal and depots any special equipment requirement from Customers. Follow up container’s sale process according to RO Office guideline. Ensure the correct updating of tracking moves in system by monitoring EDI transactions and terminals reports. Responsible for creating Transport Orders to all containers mobilized as carrier Haulage, empty or full verifying thar invoices are according to rates agreed. Create and send empty container load lists to planners for vessel planning purposes. Handle, manage and report any container and/or equipment issue within our scope of territories. Assist the Operations Department with operation tasks as required.
