To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React, focusing on workforce planning, forecasting, and operational reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot Build microservices for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React for various stakeholders Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like React or Angular Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments Proven SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
