Senior Full Stack Engineer

Hands-on and innovative, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop Ruby on Rails APIs and Angular applications, managing architecture decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and optimize back-end Ruby on Rails APIs and front-end Angular applications Diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack, ensuring high-quality product delivery Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and testing standards Required qualifications 6+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular (v17+, ideally Angular 20) Proven track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production Ability to work autonomously across multiple product areas Experience with fleet/scheduling systems or automotive SaaS is a bonus
