Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding home delivery pharmacy services while working remotely from designated states during flexible 8-hour shifts, including potential overtime during peak periods. Key responsibilities: Respond to 60 - 80 incoming calls daily from customers or pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefits Document required information accurately in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups as needed Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish 1+ years of customer service experience Familiarity with computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to attend 3 - 4 weeks of training with 100% attendance and be on camera during training
