Senior Recruiter

Acting as a key player in the recruitment process, the remote Senior Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruitment for high-impact G&A roles, engaging with candidates and collaborating with leadership to develop strategic hiring initiatives. Key responsibilities Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for external candidates Build and maintain a strong recruiting funnel by proactively identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent Provide regular reports on recruitment status and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with hiring goals Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Full Lifecycle Recruiter Proven ability to develop effective recruiting strategies that meet company-wide hiring goals Technical acumen with familiarity in programming languages, systems architecture, and IT networking Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, HR, and Operations Confidence using applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse
