Marketing Specialist

To support business development efforts, the full-time Marketing Specialist will prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials while coordinating marketing information distribution, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Prepares public sector proposals and presentations in response to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring compliance with branding and messaging standards Reviews and edits internal and external collateral materials, providing quality control for branding and content Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and prepares various marketing materials as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of related experience Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry Proficiency in In-Design is required; Deltek Vision experience is preferred Experience in preparing federal proposals in SF330 format is preferred Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is required
