To support the growth of the Contact Center business, a freelance Product Marketing Manager will work fully remote on a 5+ month contract, focusing on developing positioning and messaging, executing go-to-market plans, and creating sales enablement content while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Contact Center solutions Partner with various teams to execute go-to-market plans and support product launches Create compelling product marketing content and equip sales teams with necessary tools and insights Required qualifications 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology Proven experience in developing positioning, messaging, and supporting product launches Strong ability to translate complex products into clear customer value Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience creating high-quality customer-facing and sales enablement content
