Staff Product Manager

Owning the vision and roadmap for operations systems, the full-time Staff Product Manager will manage system integrations, streamline processes, and enhance internal tools in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and prioritize a clear roadmap for operations systems based on stakeholder needs Analyze and improve workflows by shadowing support agents and operations teams to identify inefficiencies Design and implement reliable system integrations and data flows, replacing manual processes with automated solutions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree at a minimum 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in internal or operations systems Hands-on experience with integrations between third-party platforms and internal systems Proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding data flows Ability to navigate technical environments, including familiarity with Python or JavaScript and cloud services
