Leading the full lifecycle of client onboarding and ongoing success, the full-time Client Implementation & Success Manager will serve as a primary strategic and technical resource for clients, driving product adoption and resolving technical issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead new client onboarding from kickoff through go live, managing workflow configuration and deliverables Conduct product demos and client education sessions to enhance product adoption and support pre-sales engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client inquiries, troubleshooting, and relationship management Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience 2+ years in client success, implementation, or client-facing technical roles Experience configuring systems and delivering training Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams Experience creating process documentation and training materials
