Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution while driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from inception to completion, transforming ideas into successful outcomes through strategic execution Monitor project progress and set ambitious deadlines to ensure timely delivery and exceed expectations Facilitate communication between teams and department heads to promote collaboration and clarity in project goals Required Qualifications: Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic approach to task management and prioritization Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal A proactive mindset, eager to engage and tackle challenges head-on
