To drive new business development across the South Central United States, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will build and strengthen partnerships with financial advisors and retirement plan professionals, focusing on the adoption of retirement plan solutions while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with financial advisors, RIAs, and other retirement plan intermediaries Expand distribution relationships for Finway Group and Strongpoint Partners throughout the South Central United States Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, and ERISA attorneys Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of retirement plan sales experience Strong knowledge of retirement plan industry and related solutions Experience selling TPA, 3(16), PEP, or other retirement plan services Established relationships with RIAs and retirement plan advisors External sales and territory development experience preferred
