Joining a fast-growing startup, the full-time remote Customer Support Representative will provide technical support and training to customers, manage support queues, and build a customer-facing knowledge base to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities Provide technical support and training to customers Manage an inbound ticket queue, phone call queue, and inbound chat support Build and own the customer-facing knowledge base, including documentation and training materials Required qualifications Experience with product support, training, troubleshooting, and technical documentation Background in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B software or technology sales Familiarity with support metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and ticket trends Experience supporting customers with complex operations, such as in waste and recycling or logistics Proficiency with support systems like Front or Linear is a plus
