Leading a team of account executives, the full-time SMB Sales Manager will focus on converting prospects into paying customers for financial products while coaching sales representatives to exceed KPIs and driving the strategic direction of the team in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Build and mentor a high-performing SMB sales team to drive sales revenue growth Collaborate with sales operations to create a metrics-driven, high-velocity sales process Manage sales activities and KPIs, providing data-based updates on team performance to leadership Required qualifications 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success Previous experience as a sales manager or team lead in high velocity/low cost business solutions, preferably SaaS Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and motivating a sales team Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales technologies Strong leadership and management skills, including communication and collaboration
