Senior Technical Recruiter

To support a growing Engineering organization, the Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical roles on a 6-12 month contract basis, collaborating closely with hiring managers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff and sourcing through offer and close for technical roles Partner with Engineering leaders to define role profiles and develop effective recruiting strategies Proactively source and engage highly qualified passive technical talent while managing multiple searches Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical/engineering roles Proven experience in recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering positions Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive technical talent Ability to manage multiple searches independently and adapt to changing priorities
