Director of Revenue Operations

Leading day-to-day Revenue Operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Revenue Operations will manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning processes while collaborating closely with Client Service, Finance, and Sales Enablement teams. Key responsibilities Own the sales forecasting process and lead weekly forecast meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and action tracking Establish consistent opportunity stages and monitor pipeline performance, translating analysis into actionable recommendations for sales leaders Coordinate annual sales planning and manage incentive compensation processes, ensuring alignment with Sales leadership and Finance Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within enterprise B2B software or SaaS Proven experience in supply chain technology or enterprise integration, particularly in manufacturing or logistics Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to provide practical recommendations based on data Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, alongside experience in Marketing Operations Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives
