Scrum Master

To support cross-functional teams working on AI and Data Science initiatives, the contract Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and manage impediments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Drive sprint execution and ensure teams remain aligned with sprint goals and commitments Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with upstream and downstream teams Required qualifications 7+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with cross-functional technical teams Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, sprint planning, and backlog management Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects is preferred Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe is preferred
